Meet LT Casting Model Larianne

Wife, mom of two and wedding/portrait photographer in New York, when Larianne isn’t taking photos, she’s most likely crocheting, singing or dancing at home! Over to her for more.

How does Le Tote empower you?
After giving birth to two children, I wasn’t feeling myself anymore. I decided to start renting because I knew I had a lot of weight to lose and I didn’t want to spend money on clothes that might not fit in a few months. I never thought I would fall in love with renting, but I PROUDLY tell every single person who compliments my outfits: “Thanks, it’s rented!” I mostly work from home, but when that tote comes in, I feel like I need to leave the house and show off my new clothes! Le Tote empowers me to get out there and show the world how cute I feel in my clothes, and it honestly has made me feel more comfortable in my own skin.

How would you describe your personal style?
I would describe my style as ‘colorfully classy’. Most of the items I rent are either for church or for professional events so I like to keep things classy but try to incorporate a color when it’s appropriate.

What do you love most about Le Tote?
I love the quality of the clothing. I can’t stop talking about it. As soon as I pull a dress out of the box, I fall in love.

How was the casting experience?
It was amazing and unforgettable. I walked into that room not knowing a single person and left with so many new friends. We all clicked because of our common ground, and have stayed in touch on Instagram. We women need to be each other’s cheerleaders.

From being behind the camera to facing one, how does it feel to be a LT model?
Every time I think about it, I feel like it’s not real. Me, a MODEL?? It is such an honor, and I really hope women who look like me feel empowered and feel more confident in their own skin. After all these years of photographing models, I never thought I would actually be one myself, let alone get signed by Scout Model Agency! All the studies of angles, lighting and poses really paid off! I’m hoping that the women who look like me will open up the Le Tote app, see me and appreciate the representation. That they will feel a little more beautiful and a little more confident in their clothing.
