Nikki, Office Manager
How would you describe your style?
My style changes on a daily basis. It depends on my mood. Since I own zero basic/casual items, I end up having to wear my boyfriends shirts and twisting and rolling them to be feminine on me! However, when I am not wearing his clothes, I love super feminine, flowy items. And when in doubt, I just put on some of the custom sparkle jeans that I make!
How long does it take you to get dressed in the morning?
Ten minutes once I have showered. And if it takes longer than that, I deem that as unsuccessful. I try to to look as good as possible with the least amount of effort but I am sure that will change as I get older!
What drives your outfit decision and what is the process?
The outfit decision is made on the fly, as I get ready. The goal is always to have clothes in my closet that I absolutely love. That way, whatever I put on my body, will somehow work in tandem and look great. Or sometimes it doesn’t look great, and then it’s a new style!
What are 5 pieces from Le Tote that you can’t do without?
This Badgley Mischka ruffle dress, a classic black jumpsuit, statement earrings in hot pink, a tank also in hot pink (it’s my power color) and a cute, convenient mini crossbody.
Who is your style spirit animal? It’s fine if it’s more than one!
Sarah Jessica Parker. Sometimes she’s super feminine, and sometimes she’s in her boyfriend jeans and high tops! But she’s always slightly imperfect and that’s what I love most about her!

Maddie, Merchandising Assistant
How would you describe your style?
I would describe my style as ever changing, fun and functional. I get bored easily, especially with clothes so I need to mix it up and think out of the box to keep it interesting. For instance, I have the same pair of cowboy boots from high school and brought them back into my life. I don’t have to follow trends to create a fun outfit.
How long does it take you to get dressed in the morning?
Every morning is different, so sometimes it take 5 minutes and other times it takes me almost 35!
What drives your outfit decision and what is the process?
My mood completely drives the outfit decisions. The way I feel or how my day looks swings my outfit choices from athleisure (high chances if I have a lunch yoga class) to eclectic. If I have a piece that I am excited about wearing in my closet, I will build the rest of the look around it, keeping that in focus.
What are 5 pieces from Le Tote that you can’t do without?
This fun printed The French connection clutch, a classic Gorjana cuff, these trendy Calvin Klein mom jeans, Olivia Culpo leather skirt and I love these Kut From The Kloth printed pants.
Finally, who is your style spirit animal? It’s fine if it’s more than one!
Definitely Gwen Stefani. I love her creative sense of style, and how she goes to the beat of her own drum. I am always inspired by her sexy tomboy looks.

Aubrie, Associate Strategy Analyst
How would you describe your style?
I like to look clean, easy and comfy. I would say my style is largely comfort-driven. It’s all about the classics, but they don’t have to be stuffy. After comfort, my daily outfits are driven by the weather. Hurting feet and/or the slightest draft are my pet peeves and knowing this about myself ensures I am comfortable and confident throughout the day in my outfit.
How long does it take you to get dressed in the morning?
I take about 45 minutes to be ready to walk out the door and that includes a shower! I always shower and put my makeup before getting dressed. It takes me a lot longer to dress without makeup. Honestly, I get stuck on my messy hair and sleepy eyes instead of the outfit.
What drives your outfit decision and what is the process?
The first thing I do in the morning, is lay in my bed and check the weather. Dresses aren’t my thing so it is usually the choice between pants, jeans or a skirt. Once the bottom is decided, I take 5 minutes to peruse the internet (I have to cut myself off after 5 minutes, I could spend all day looking for the perfect outfit!) for style inspiration. This helps keep my looks fresh by adding even the smallest new styling element.
What are 5 pieces from Le Tote that you can’t do without?
This Endless Rose crochet top, these Chelsea & Theodore printed pants, a must-have tuxedo blazer like this one by BCBGeneration, a pendant necklace and this timeless tote.
Finally, who is your style spirit animal? It’s fine if it’s more than one!
I relate to a cross between Alicia Vikander and someone who wears a t-shirt and jeans on the reg.
They all have a comfy, casual style.
