We celebrated National Coffee Day yesterday, by taking a field trip because we all know coffee and clothes go perfectly together. We visited two coffee companies born and raised in San Francisco: Blue Bottle Coffee and Sightglass Coffee!
Blue Bottle Coffee put San Francisco back on the map for coffee lovers with its staple brews served at the Ferry Building and Mint Plaza. Blue Bottle’s clean whites and signature blue logo (not to mention their wonderful aromas) are as much a part of this city as our bridges!
THE DRINK: The New Orleans Style Iced Coffee
THE MAKER: Andrew Curry
While Sightglass Coffee is a relative newcomer, it’s definitely a keeper! Our neighbors and friends keep us caffeinated and happy every day of the week! Known for their interesting blends containing gentle notes of apricot and just the right touch of acidity, Sightglass is our home away from home and makes these fall days just a little warmer – plus their pastries are just a little too good!
THE DRINK: The Latte.
THE MAKER: Rachel Duffy
Thanks for the cup of joe Sightglass Coffee and Blue Bottle Coffee!
